S2:E13: Mandie Sherman - Proactively living to make the most out of each day while battling with Cystic Fibrosis; a terminal illness

Mandie Sherman almost didn't survive her first few days after being born; and once diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, was told that she only had till about age 18 to live. But despite downer statistics, she fights each day to keep living and has made it a goal to out live the steadily increasing life expectancy of CF.  Her life is a series of treatments, hospital stays, pills, and mental exercises [enter: the worry chair] as she proactively takes control of her illness.
